Job summary

Lifeways in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established service supporting adults with complex needs. You will champion person-centred care, safety and regulatory compliance while building a motivated, capable team.

You’ll work with an Area Manager and Regional Director to deliver high-quality outcomes, coach staff, and collaborate with external professionals to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or working towards it.
• Strong experience in operational and people management within health and social care.
• Proven career history with leadership and commitment to people we support.

Responsibilities

Registered Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established service in Glasgow supporting adults with complex needs.

This is an opportunity for a values-led manager who is looking to build long-term stability and positive outcomes for the people we support and the team around them. We’re looking for someone with a solid career history in care and leadership, who will bring consistency, compassion and strong leadership to the service.

Working closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director, you’ll lead your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while creating a positive, inclusive and supportive culture.

In This Role, You Will
