Qualifications

• Experience working within children's residential care.
• Experience supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD).
• An NVQ Level 3/4 or relevant equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the children's home to ensure high quality care and safety for residents.
• Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining robust supervision and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and consistent Ofsted-ready practices across the home.
• Foster a strong, open relationship with families, placing authorities and stakeholders.
