Job summary

Find. in Worcester is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential service for young people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will shape the service from the ground up, recruit and develop the team, and ensure safe, person-centred, high-quality care. The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, budget management, and the ability to build a compliant, child-focused culture across both children’s and adult LD experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a regulated care service.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, care planning and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets and service performance.
• A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management, or be working towards one.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to undertake on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and development of the home, ensuring safe, person-centred and high-quality care.
• Lead service setup for a brand-new residential home, building the team and establishing the culture from the ground up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements across the service.
