Job summary

The Witherslack Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Registered Manager for our children's homes to oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance to help young people thrive.

Lead a dedicated team, support referrals, and ensure a secure, supportive home environment. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence are required. We offer a competitive package and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
• Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home and ensure Ofsted requirements are met.
• Support new referrals and provide a secure, nurturing home environment for children and young people.
