Job summary

Claud Investments seeks an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on refurbishment projects in Bromley. You will own the programme, manage contractor relationships, ensure quality control, and coordinate trades while maintaining safety and compliance.

Reporting to Head Office, you will capture evidence, coordinate inspections, and help with handover. The role requires a hands-on leader able to work independently and deliver multi-unit refurbishment

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager/Construction Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Strong site coordination and safety knowledge.
• Proactive in resolving site issues related to time, cost or quality.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site operations from start to practical completion.
• Manage programme and sequencing of works to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate trades to avoid clashes and downtime, ensure quality control.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant site; monitor subcontractors and direct labour.
• Provide clear site updates to Project Managers and senior management.
