Job summary

DS Refrigeration Ltd in Loughgall, Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to lead the service team on a full-time basis. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes practical knowledge and reliability to drive daily operations and customer satisfaction.

You will head engineers and apprentices, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and provide on-site or remote guidance to ensure high service standards while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven practical experience in refrigeration service/maintenance/supervision.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems (cold rooms, display cases, racks).
• Experience scheduling teams and handling customer interactions.
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and support service engineers and apprentices.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, installations and emergency calls across Northern Ireland.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers on-site or over the phone.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service standards are met.
• Manage parts stock, ordering, job costing, quotes, invoicing and renewals.
