Job summary

DS Refrigeration Ltd is expanding and seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, covering commercial systems across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

You will install, service, maintain and repair equipment, travel to customer sites, work independently, with a company van and uniform provided.

The role requires F-Gas certification and a full UK driving licence, with overtime paid and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning engineer.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• F-Gas certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with installation, servicing and repairs.
• Good understanding of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Professional approach with good customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Installing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Carrying out servicing and planned maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
• Commissioning new equipment and ensuring systems operate correctly.
• Carrying out electrical and refrigeration fault-finding.
• Identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Completing service reports and job documentation accurately.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Travelling to customer sites throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Following company health and safety procedures and industry best practices.
