Job summary

Konstruct is launching its European Data Centre Construction & Engineering division and seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to own the role from day one. You’ll have autonomy to shape the business, build client relationships, and drive growth with backing from an established recruitment group.

You’ll lead the creation of a new market, recruit and lead your own team, and influence strategic direction while enjoying competitive compensation and expansive incentives.

• Experience in construction, engineering, technical or data centre recruitment.
• Looking for more than just a billing role.

Now we're combining both to launch our European Data Centre Construction & Engineering division, giving the right person the opportunity to lead, shape and grow the business from the ground up.
