Market: Mission Critical/Data Center Construction in the US

Location: Coulsdon, Surrey

5 days in the office until Senior RC promotion is achieved.

We are on the look out for ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultants to join us.

With billions of dollars being invested into Data Center developments across the United States, the demand for specialist construction talent has never been greater. We're operating in a high-growth, high-value market with huge opportunities for Recruiters who want to make their mark.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be working with leading Contratcors across the US, helping deliver some of the country's largest and most complex data center construction projects.

This is an opportunity to develop a specialist market, build long-term client relationships and become a recognised expert in a booming industry.

What we are looking for:

• Has to have experience in Recruitment experience but attitude and drive are just as important
• Ambitious, motivated individuals with a hunger to succeed
• A commercial mindset and experience in/passion for business development
• Open to all markets but preferably would have worked in one of the following (Construction, Engineering, Data Center, Mission Critical, Life Science, Renewable Energy)
