You will manage OLE design requirements, ensure high-quality deliverables, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification, strong knowledge of OLE designs, and experience in leadership roles. Qualifications

• Experience leading and checking OLE design projects.
• Chartered membership in IMEchE, IET or similar is advantageous.
• Experience as CRE or deputy CRE is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of OLE design for rail projects.
• Produce OLE designs for multidisciplinary teams.
• Check calculations and designs for implementation projects.
• Mentor junior employees and share best practices.
