Job summary

Blighter Surveillance Services Ltd is expanding its Electronics Engineering team in the United Kingdom, focusing on analogue and digital circuit design for advanced radar systems. The role covers prototyping, circuit design, PCB layout, debug, design verification, and production support with Altium for schematic capture and routing.

You will collaborate across mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams; senior staff may coordinate design reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Analogue and digital electronic design skills for complex systems.
• Experience developing electronic circuits from prototype to production.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced analogue and/or digital circuits including their power supplies.
• Use Altium for component management, schematic entry and PCB layout and routing.
• Perform simulation, testing, debugging, and verification of the design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Senior staff will be expected to coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• There are line management opportunities for senior staff and the option to support and mentor junior engineers.
