Job summary

Bimplus, based in Slough, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Property Services team. The role involves managing full project finances, preparing tender documents, and coordinating with sub-contractors from start to final accounts. You will build relationships and participate in first principal tendering for social housing frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, a Quantity Surveying qualification, and strong commercial acumen to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS for a Social Housing Main Contractor.
• Must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience.
• Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management.
• Exceptional commercial acumen.
• Worked on Social housing frameworks, property services; QS qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Taking full financial account of projects from start to finish.
• Putting Tender Documents together
• Liaise with sub-contractors from day one through to final accounts
