Bimplus in Bolton is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the cost and profitability of responsive repairs and planned refurbishments for social housing contracts across the North-West. The role focuses on obtaining accurate costs for works, managing CVR processes, and leading a regional team to ensure value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and evaluate information to guarantee a realistic cost for works, goods, materials and services.
• Experience in managing CVR processes and regional budgeting.
• Strong collaboration with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure profitability and value.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly CVR process for the region.
• Lead and manage a team including QS/AQS/TQS & Commercial Admin.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
• Support payments to sub-contractors within the region.
• Liaise with Contract Managers to establish project specifications.
• Attend meetings with colleagues and clients, building strong relationships.
• Assist in estimates, bids and tenders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor contract progress and report changes affecting costs or time.
