Job summary

Bimplus in Bournemouth seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a major new build project valued around £25 million. You will manage the scheme from pre-construction to completion, with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor reporting to you.

You will oversee procurement, sub-contractor packages, final accounts and dispute resolution, liaise with client teams, and mentor junior surveyors. UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• BSc Quantity Surveying or HNC is required.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Proficiency with JCT and NEC contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from pre-construction through to completion.
