Bimplus, a leading independent property consultancy, is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. You will take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion across Residential, Commercial fit-out and hotel sectors, with values from £1m to £500m.

The role offers strong client ownership, exposure to business development, and opportunities to present at networking events, with potential career progression toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with MRICS eligibility.
• Experience in Consultancy/PQS side required.
• Experience managing projects up to £20 million.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Win client ownership and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and attend networking events.
• Work on high profile projects across Residential, Commercial fit-out and hotels.
