Job summary

Connect Legal Partners, a UK-based construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead projects, supervise QS team, and manage client relationships with the design team.

You will deliver QS and project management services on your own schemes, act as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator when required, oversee multiple projects, and contribute to winning new work while running training and CPD sessions.

Qualifications

• BSc in quantity surveying, construction cost management or equivalent.
• MRICS with commitment to achieve within two years.
• Experience running own consultancy projects, including large schemes.
• Driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects and supervise QS team.
• Be main contact for clients and design team.
• Act as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and key client accounts.
• Deliver QS and project management services on your own projects.
• Contribute to winning new work and CPD/training sessions.
