• Experience in managing commercial delivery from handover to final account.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual requirements.
• Ability to manage disputes and produce accurate documentation.

• Carry out site visits and prepare accurate reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant/Trainee Quantity Surveyors.
