Qualifications
At least 10 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, including at least 3 in a senior or management role.
Proven experience managing commercial functions on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Excellent understanding of standard forms of contract, ideally NEC.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the Earthworks Commercial Team.
Oversee the commercial performance of multiple projects from inception to completion.
Prepare and present monthly CVRs and commercial reports to senior management.
