A leading Civil Engineering contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee Earthworks commercial operations. Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, including at least 3 in a senior or management role.
• Proven experience managing commercial functions on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent understanding of standard forms of contract, ideally NEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Earthworks Commercial Team.
• Oversee the commercial performance of multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and present monthly CVRs and commercial reports to senior management.
