Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or main contractor background).
• Proven experience in full lifecycle cost management.
• Familiarity with MMC, JCT, and NEC contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports.
• Deliver accurate cost planning and final project estimates.
• Manage tendering and procurement processes.
• Monitor post-contract cost variances and lead change control.
• Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports and final accounts.
