Qualifications

• Degree qualified with experience in high-end residential projects.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of private residential contracting.
• Sound grasp of contractual law and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of each project from handover to final account.
• Lead procurement, negotiate packages and secure value-driven subcontract orders.
• Prepare and present CVRs, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.

Skills

Strong contract and procurement knowledge

Financial control

Robust technical knowledge of construction methods

Numeracy skills

MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or HNC in Construction
