Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PQS/SQS/Commercial lead in residential house building.
• Good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and advise on financial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Assist in preparing tender lists and procurement programmes.
• Check and reconcile costs posted to contracts and provide monthly cost analysis.
