Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with high-end residential projects for private and commercial clients.
• Proven ability to produce and manage accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed tender returns consisting of subcontracts and measured works.
• Measure monthly work in progress and produce cost value reports.
• Procure subcontracts and monitor variation accounts.
