Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and contract law.
• Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable.

• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders and contract documents.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control during the project lifecycle.
