Job summary

The Resolute Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major £80m NEC4 infrastructure project on the Shetland Islands. You will join a small commercial team on site, reporting to the Commercial Manager and guiding a team of junior surveyors over a three-year contract.

A strong NEC knowledge base and proven cost control experience are essential. Based on a 10 days on / 4 days off shift, you will manage budgets, forecast cash flow, negotiate variations, administer the contract, and

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction-based subject.

• Manage project budgets by creating monthly Cost Value Reconcilations (CVRs) to track profit and loss.
