Job summary

Europlan Group is delivering a state‑of‑the‑art subsea power cable facility at the Port of Nigg. We seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the on-site project team, driving commercial management, cost control and NEC4 Contract administration.

You will manage compensation events, measure works, prepare interim valuations, and provide timely commercial reporting to support project delivery on this major EPCM project.

Qualifications

• NEC4 ECC Option C knowledge is essential.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost control, subcontractor management and commercial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC4 ECC Option C contracts and manage target cost.
• Lead compensation events, early warnings, quotations and assessments.
• Prepare interim valuations, variations and final accounts for subcontractors.
• Maintain CVRs and provide accurate commercial reporting.
• Forecast costs, monitor cash flow and manage commercial risk.
