NRL Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major long-term building services project in Ardrossan. The role focuses on commercial management within an NEC4 Option C framework, with site-based duties three days per week and flexibility for the remainder.

The ideal candidate will have proven QS experience in M&E or building services, strong subcontractor management, and excellent commercial awareness to support project teams in delivering value and financial control.

Qualifications

• NEC4 Option C experience essential.
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience in M&E/building services or related sectors.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness; able to manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor accounts and overall commercial performance.
• Deliver accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Oversee valuations, applications, and payment processes.
• Manage variations, change control, and final accounts.
• Handle procurement and subcontract management activities.
