Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a permanent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to own cost analysis, measurement and tendering for steel fabrication and architectural metalwork projects in Essex. The role offers a £50,000 per annum salary with a permanent contract and standard hours.

The position involves cost analysis, surveying/measurement, valuation of works and preparation of estimates and tenders. Start date is ASAP and there is potential consideration for candidates at the Assistant

Qualifications

• Experience in cost analysis and commercial reporting on live projects.
• Ability to survey, measure and value works for cost control.
• Experience preparing and submitting estimates and tenders.
