Job summary

ePropelled in Coventry seeks a Quality Assurance Test Manager to lead the testing, verification, validation, and laboratory operations for our electric propulsion solutions. You will drive safety, quality, and compliance across multi-disciplinary engineering teams and support certification activities.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/verification, hands-on testing of motors and power electronics, and leadership of laboratory teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance, verification, validation or test engineering.
• Experience testing electric motors, inverters, and power electronics.
• Experience leading technical teams within a laboratory/engineering environment.
• Knowledge of aerospace certification and qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Test Engineers and Technicians.
• Oversee verification, validation, and lab operations.
• Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional teams (Systems, Manufacturing, Certification).
• Develop and implement QA processes supporting product development and release.
• Ensure testing documentation is complete and traceable.
• Drive CAPA activities and root cause investigations.
