Job summary

Evolito is seeking a Senior Test & Verification Technician to support the development of motors, controllers and electric drive systems toward certification under DO-160G. You will operate test rigs, perform data analysis with MATLAB and Python, and train junior staff to uphold safety and quality in a fast-growing lab.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical/Mechatronics degree with hands-on testing experience in automotive or aerospace settings, and strong collaboration across software and hardware

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive or aerospace test environments with motors/controllers.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and operate test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up test control system configuration.
• Operate test rigs and external facilities.
• Train junior team members in lab safety and equipment use.
• Conduct data analysis using MATLAB/Python.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Support lab safety and 6S initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers for spares.
