Job summary

ePropelled is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Manager in Coventry to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive verification, validation, and laboratory operations for electric propulsion products. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Certification teams.

The role requires significant experience in QA/test engineering, with strong leadership, and exposure to high-voltage systems and aerospace-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance, verification, validation, or test engineering role.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience with high-voltage systems up to 1500VDC.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience in aerospace/defense/electric propulsion domains.
• Excellent technical reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary QA/Test team.
• Oversee verification, validation, and test planning.
• Manage laboratory operations, calibration, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate certification activities and regulatory audits.
• Drive CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Certification teams.
