Job summary

Evolito Ltd. is seeking a Test Lab Operations Lead to head all product development and R&T test activities for electric propulsion systems. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across performance, environmental, EMC, and power quality labs.

You will drive safety, data integrity, and continuous improvement while coordinating with design, systems engineering, and certification teams to deliver verification evidence and artefacts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading technical teams in a laboratory or test environment.
• Experience with data acquisition, instrumentation, control systems and test automation.
• Familiarity with HV systems and safety procedures up to 1500VDC.
• Knowledge of aerospace qualification standards and RTCA DO-160.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Plan resource allocation, workload balancing, and career development.
• Foster safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement culture.
• Support verification strategies for motors, inverters, and powertrain systems.

• Oversee safe operation of test labs and calibration activities.
