Job summary

Greene King’s Fromebridge Mill in Whitminster is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a high-volume pub team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to run daily operations, deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain standards across service, food and cleanliness.

You’ll manage busy shifts, coach the team, and help drive sales while building relationships with customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service standards.
• Hands-on leader who works alongside the team, not behind a desk.
