Job summary

Greene King in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Team Leader to guide the team through busy shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold safety and allergen controls. You will deputise for managers, coordinate tasks, and model prime service standards.

Applicants should demonstrate strong English communication, a positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced pub environment, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
