Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a well-established pub near Royston. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, drive quality and consistency, and help relaunch under new management.

The role offers permanent, full-time hours with flexibility for casual arrangements based on business needs. Salary depends on experience and you may work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior chef ready for progression.
• Background in pub/casual dining hospitality.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
• Excellent cooking skills with focus on quality and presentation.
• Stock control and food cost management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen requirements.
• Leadership to motivate a kitchen team.
