The Green Man in Harlow, Essex, part of Chef & Brewer, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire a team to deliver great food.

You will manage day-to-day operations, control costs, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
• A passion for fresh, quality food and delivering consistently high standards.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure during busy services.
• A good understanding of kitchen financials, stock control, food costs and labour management.
• A proactive approach to food safety, hygiene and continuous improvement.
