Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Projects Manager for permanent, full-time work across the North West, with placement in Preston or Manchester. The role focuses on retrofit and decarbonisation of tenanted social housing, delivering EWI, heat pump installations, and related upgrades.

You will coordinate multi-site programmes, manage safety and client relations, and drive value from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong background in social housing refurbishment/decarbonisation projects.
• Knowledge of PAS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Engineering support and coordination experience with retrofit measures.

Responsibilities

• Embed client requirements in every aspect of the project.
• Liaise with clients and act as company representative on site.
• Report progress at senior management meetings and keep directors informed.
• Assess build-ability and design issues and resolve on-site challenges.
• Plan and program all works, ensuring on-time delivery and safety.
• Recruit staff and coordinating trades and labour for projects.
• Ensure KPIs are achieved across multiple work streams.
