Job summary

Severn Trent is seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead a team delivering large-scale engineering projects for new water sources as part of national infrastructure planning. You will report to the Programme Lead and coordinate with SRO teams and external partners.

The role requires NEC project experience, strong cost and budget management skills, and a proactive, forward-thinking leadership style. Hybrid working in the UK with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale capital projects in water/construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver complex, large-scale engineering projects.
• Develop and manage cost plans and budgets for major capital programmes.
• Collaborate with other water companies to secure resilient water resources.
