Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Manager to lead standalone regional main contracting schemes across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and the M4 corridor. You will own projects from pre-construction through handover, delivering education, commercial, and refurbishments with values from £1M to £10M.

The role requires strong site leadership, experience as a #1 PM or Senior Site Manager, and proficiency in Asta Powerproject. A CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Construction Management preferred
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject
• CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid
• Experience as #1 PM or Senior Site Manager on standalone schemes

Responsibilities

• Full site ownership and operational, safety, client-facing responsibilities on standalone schemes up to £10M
• Drive programme execution using Asta Powerproject and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
• Client and design liaison with architects and quantity surveyors on various contract types
• Maintain high standards of quality and H&S in line with regional main contracting practices
