Qualifications

• Construction project management experience
• Experience delivering major building projects
• SMSTS and CSCS certifications
• NEC experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead site management, commercial and design teams.
• Manage programme, budget, quality and H&S.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive milestones and manage procurement, design coordination and changes.
• Identify and manage risks and commercial opportunities.
• Lead client and project progress meetings.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, programme and contract requirements.
• Oversee commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
