Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Norfolk-based building services company. The role involves hands-on on-site leadership and client-facing duties across restoration and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will run projects from start to finish, coordinating programme, cost and quality while maintaining a focus on health and safety. Prior experience and formal construction qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction or building services projects.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.
• Relevant qualification in construction management or equivalent experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS (or willingness to obtain).
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with resilience to see projects through when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day running of projects from start to finish.
• Work across restoration and commercial portfolios; balance programme, cost and quality.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal team.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.
• Report progress and manage risk at project level.
