Job summary

Leonardo in Basildon invites a Lead Project Manager to own the Products Portfolio within the Precision Guidance IPT. You will lead multiple world‑class product lines for UK MoD support, across the Sensors Business Area, delivering on the IBP and business strategy while managing costs and schedules.

You will mentor PMs, drive governance, forecasting and resource planning, with travel up to 10% and 2–3 days on site per week in a hybrid setup.

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Track record delivering complex, multi‑project programs.
• Strong governance, risk and issue management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product line strategy and yearly portfolio objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects on time, cost and quality.
• Manage lifecycle governance, forecasting and progress reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and support bids to increase PWIN.
