Responsibilities

• Be the customer-facing engineering delivery lead for internal and external clients.

• Manage engineering resources within budget and optimise cost.
• Report on contract performance, milestones, risks and opportunities.
• Identify and implement product/process improvements to enhance value.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team, promoting continuous improvement.
