Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Basildon is seeking a Lead Project Manager to own the Products Portfolio within the Precision Guidance IPT. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, driving governance, forecasting, and strategic alignment across multiple product lines.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, P&L oversight, and strong stakeholder engagement. The role requires some national and international travel and a hybrid on-site/remote working pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects and programmes, ideally in a multi-product environment.
• Strong product line management expertise, including roadmap development and lifecycle management.
• Commercial acumen with P&L responsibility, including forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, across multiple product lines.
• Own the progression of products through all project and lifecycle governance stages.
• Manage annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and own product line strategy and portfolio objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance resource planning with future demand.
