Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a High-Speed Depot Integration Manager to lead the Calvert IMD design interfaces for the HS2 track infrastructure project. You will coordinate with FBJV teams, Rail Systems, and external designers to ensure safe, buildable, and compliant integration across earthworks, utilities, and P-Way.

The role is based in London with flexible meetings in Birmingham; involvement spans workshops, ICDs, and interface governance to accelerate design delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction or related field; Chartered status preferable.
• Experience in Interface Management or Systems Integration, rail infra preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote best practice in safety, sustainability, cost, time, buildability and quality across Calvert IMD interfaces.
• Coordinate integration of Calvert IMD assets with FBRS Track, Rail Systems and other contracts.
• Manage design interfaces with construction teams and external designers to ensure timely, safe and robust delivery.
