Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of HS2 Infrastructure Maintenance Depot projects in a centralised location along the London-Birmingham corridor. The role covers full project lifecycle from inception through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and adherence to specifications.

The successful candidate will manage three main buildings and coordinate with clients, JV partners, utilities and authorities, while

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders and communicate progress regularly.
• Establish objectives, scope, and timeline, and ensure clear communication to all parties.
• Coordinate planning and design during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Plan and manage resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor costs, report progress and manage risks and issues.
