Elix Sourcing Solutions in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a 30+ person multi-shift operation, drive lean initiatives and ensure quality and safety across ISO frameworks. The role offers a Christmas shutdown and long-term progression within a well-respected manufacturing site.

You will take full operational accountability, coach shift leaders, and manage HR, performance reviews and recruitment as the facility grows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Production Manager or strong Production Supervisor
• Lean manufacturing, 6S, waste reduction
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• HR responsibilities including performance reviews and recruitment

• Lead a 30+ person multi-shift team to hit quality, volume and safety targets
• Drive continuous improvement through lean, 6S and waste reduction initiatives
• Coach and mentor shift leaders; manage HR processes and recruitment
