Operating from a fast-paced, modern facility, they combine deep technical expertise with a collaborative workforce culture focused on continuous improvement and safety. Stepping into a position opened via a planned retirement, you will inherit a structured team with clear backing from senior leadership to implement positive operational changes. They offer genuine long-term job security, excellent employee perks, and long-term career progression as site capacity expands.
