Solutions Limited in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a 30+ person, multi-shift manufacturing operation. You will drive Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement to hit quality, volume and safety targets while upholding ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.

You will coach shift leaders, manage HR processes, and support site growth and succession planning within a structured leadership team.

Qualificações

• Experience as Production Manager leading a manufacturing or production site.
• Strong background in lean practices and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-shift operations and HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct leadership of a 30+ person, multi-shift team to hit quality, volume and safety targets.
• Drive lean manufacturing, 6S and waste reduction across the floor.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and coach shift leaders.
