Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in production management or industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and driving efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers and production supervisors, setting clear performance objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices throughout the production floor.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production operations.
• Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet demand forecasts effectively.
