Job summary
Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead the Industrial Engineering team in a high-mix electromechanical manufacturing environment. You will drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence to boost productivity and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering.
- Proven Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience leading Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Industrial Engineers.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Improve productivity, labour efficiency, quality and throughput.
- Develop labour standards, time studies and capacity planning models.
- Optimise manufacturing processes, factory layouts and material flow.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacture (DFM).
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, productivity and utilisation.
- Lead value stream mapping and process improvement projects.
- Support automation, process optimisation and capital investment projects.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
